The side panels can be constructed out of acrylic or anti-static vinyl sheet as per customer’s requirements. The High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter ensures an efficiency of filtering 99.99% of 0.3μm or larger particles. The resulting laminar flow also restricts any contaminating particles present to the streamlines thus ensuring minimum contamination.

For more stringent requirement, Ultra Low Penetration Air (ULPA) filter achieves a rate of 99.9999% of 0.12μm or larger particles .

CLEAN BOOTHS create a clean environment of a higher level of cleanliness within a clean room area.

It is complete with HEPA filter module mounted on ceiling structure for downward vertical clean air flow.

System Advantages:

Class 100 or Class 5 means that less than 100 particles (0.5 micron in size) per cubic foot or 3,520 particles are present in per cubic meter – limits the airborne particles equal or greater than 0.5 microns

Unidirectional Flow which allows single direction of flow of uniform speed range between 60 – 90 fpm throughout the entire space.

Pressurisation is always positive to ensure that no cross contamination on particles from outside the cleanroom once the doors are properly closed.

Room are constructed using smooth, monolithic, cleanable, chip resistant materials with a minimum of joints and seams & no crevices.

Raised floor system to allow vertical air flow system & uni-directional flow is achievable. Air can flow through perforated panels & can be exhausted in a sub-floor area.

Heavy duty ceiling works to ensure servicing and installation of Fan Filter Units acheivable with gaskets around the frameworks to minimise the leakages.
