System Advantages:
Class 100,000 or Class 8 means that less than 100,000 particles (0.5 micron in size) per cubic foot or 3,520,000 particles are present in per cubic meter – limits the airborne particles equal or greater than 0.5 microns

Non-Unidirectional Flow which create turbulence air flow patterns, multiple pass circulation and by dilution and eliminate settling of particles with low level return system.

Pressurisation is always positive to ensure that no cross contamination on particles from outside the cleanroom when the doors are properly closed.

Room are constructed using smooth, monolithic, cleanable, chip resistant materials with a minimum of joints and seams and no crevices.

Vinyl or Epoxy floor system features seal seams to prevent accumulative contamination. Either system depends on the application of the floor.

Light or medium duty ceiling works to ensure servicing and installation of terminal Hepa or supply diffuser with proper sealants works to minimise the leakages.
